  • Initial vacuuming: A rough vacuuming of all surfaces to collect most of the loose dust and particles, specifically to capture fine construction dust.
  • Air duct and vent cleaning: Grilles and ducts are cleaned to remove accumulated dust that could recirculate in the air.
    Surface Areas and Details
  • Exhaustive dusting of all surfaces: This is crucial in post-construction cleaning. Ceilings, walls, baseboards, moldings, window sills, door and window frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, and curtains are dusted (vacuumed and wiped down).
  • Wall cleaning: Removal of paint stains, spackle, fingerprints, dust, and accumulated dirt.
  • Door cleaning: Both sides of the doors, frames, and handles are cleaned, and paint or glue residue is removed from hinges and hardware.
  • Window and mirror cleaning: Glass is thoroughly cleaned on the inside, removing paint stains, labels, adhesives, and dust. Frames, tracks, and sills are also cleaned.
  • Cabinet and cupboard cleaning: Thoroughly cleaned inside and out, ensuring all construction dust is removed from shelves and surfaces.
    Kitchen
  • Complete cleaning and disinfection: Countertops, sink, faucets, and backsplashes.
  • Appliances:
  • Oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher: Thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Labels, protective plastics (if requested), and construction residue are removed.
  • Stove and range hood: Degreasing and thorough cleaning of all components.
  • Cabinet and drawer cleaning: Meticulously cleaned inside and out to remove any trace of construction dust.
    Bathrooms
  • Exhaustive washing and disinfection: Toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, faucets, and all fixtures. Spackle, grout residue, and stains are removed.
  • Tile and grout cleaning and disinfection: Special attention is paid to cleaning grout and removing any residue.
  • Mirror cleaning.
  • Cabinet and shelf cleaning: Inside and out.
  • Exhaust fan cleaning.
  • Light fixture and switch plate cleaning.
    Floors
  • Final vacuuming and deep mopping: After the general cleaning, a final vacuuming and deep mopping of all floors are performed.
    Final Details and Quality Control
  • Light switch and outlet cleaning: Cleaned to remove any paint residue or dust.
  • Removal of any adhesive or caulk residue.
  • A final inspection to ensure no detail has been overlooked and that the property is spotless and ready.
    Post-construction cleaning is essential to ensure the space is safe, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing after the work is done.
