  • Door cleaning: Both sides of all doors are cleaned, along with their frames and handles.
  • Closets and pantry cleaning: Cleaned thoroughly inside and out, including shelves and rods. We ensure no personal items are left behind.
  • Window cleaning: Glass is cleaned on the inside (and often outside if accessible), including frames, tracks, and sills.
  • Deep vacuuming and mopping of floors: All movable furniture (if the space is already empty) is moved to vacuum and mop every inch, with special attention to corners and tile grout.
  • Vacuuming of carpets and rugs: Thoroughly vacuumed, lifting them if necessary to clean underneath.

  • Fan and light fixture cleaning.
    Bathrooms
  • Exhaustive washing and disinfection: Toilets (inside and out, including the base and back), sinks, showers, bathtubs, faucets, and all fixtures.

    Laundry Room

  • Cleaning of utility sink (if present) and countertops.
  • Wall and baseboard cleaning.
  • Vacuuming and mopping of floors.
Key Aspects of a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning:
  • Detail-oriented: Goes beyond visible dirt, reaching areas not regularly cleaned.
  • Disinfection: Products are used to disinfect all surfaces, especially in bathrooms and the kitchen.
  • Empty or nearly empty: The effectiveness of this cleaning is maximized when the property is empty or has minimal belongings, allowing unrestricted access to all areas.
  • Time-consuming: Requires significantly more time than a regular cleaning due to its comprehensive nature.
This type of cleaning ensures the space is in perfect condition, ready to be handed over or moved into with the peace of mind that it’s impeccably clean.
